Easy Muffins
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs. sour cream
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide into six well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 450°F for 10-15 minutes, or until done.
This recipe serves 6 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 6 only.
